A clear and simple return Policy. Within 30 days of our shipping date.
All return goods must be in saleable new condition, unused, and undamaged with a copy
of the sales invoice.
A return authorization must be obtained from Stain-Fast by e-mail
All shipments must be returned (Ontario-Canada Post prepaid.)(New York State-USPS Prepaid.)
When we make a mistake, it will be corrected promptly at our cost including return shipping costs.
When you make a mistake, it will be corrected promptly. We will issue a credit for the invoice value
of the return product.
We will treat the replacement as a new order. The credit will be applied to this order.
